If you experience connection issues, please try one or more of the following:
- Ensure you're running the latest version of Phone Guardian.
- In your System Settings, turn ON Airplane Mode for at least 5 seconds, and then turn it back OFF. Wait one minute, and then try connecting to Phone Guardian again.
- Restart your device, open the Phone Guardian app, and try reconnecting.
